Is Ridovex fully white-label?

Yes. The web booker runs on your own domain, and the driver and passenger apps carry your company name, logo and colors in the App Store and Google Play. Your customers never see the Ridovex brand.

Does Ridovex charge commission per ride?

Accepted Answer

No. Ridovex charges a flat monthly platform fee with zero commission on fares. Whether you run 100 or 10,000 trips a month, 100% of the fare revenue stays with your company.

How long does it take to go live?

Accepted Answer

Most fleets go live within two weeks. A dedicated onboarding team configures your fare rules, zones, vehicle classes and branding with you, then trains your dispatchers and chauffeurs.

Does Ridovex support compliance in my country?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ridovex includes pre-booking enforcement and driver document tracking for UK PHV operators, VTC advance-reservation workflows and TVA invoicing for France, Point-to-Point Transport fields and levy handling for Australia, and black-car and livery trip records for US operators.

Can passengers pay online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Passengers can pay by card at checkout through Stripe or PayPal in USD, GBP, EUR or AUD. Corporate accounts can book on credit and receive one consolidated monthly invoice with cost-centre coding.

Can I migrate from another dispatch system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Customer lists, corporate accounts, driver records and future bookings can be imported via CSV during onboarding, so you switch over without losing history or upcoming reservations.
